We're not a tech company - is this for us?
Yes - that's exactly who this is for. Trades, clinics, accountants, retailers, professional services: businesses without an IT department are often where AI saves the most time, because there's the most admin to reclaim.
Do I need to buy expensive tools?

Can you build automations for us?
Yes, as scoped follow-on work. The consult comes first - we work out what's actually worth automating, then quote the build separately. You won't pay for development before we've confirmed it will save you time.
How do I know it's working?
We define the measure up front: pick the tasks, note roughly how long they take now, and compare after. Hours saved is the metric that matters - if the number isn't moving, we change the approach.
