Booking policy
Payment
Paid sessions are prepaid securely by card at booking time. You'll receive a receipt by email.
Reschedule
Life happens. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before.
Cancel
Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours the session fee is forfeited.
